What are the payment modes accepted for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa and American Express
  • Net Banking – all major banks
  • Debit Carts – all major banks
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery: Applicable only for Delhi /NCR and orders below Rs. 80000
  • COD Service (COD) is currently available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Pune, Indore & Lucknow.
  • COD is not available for any order above Rs 8000
    If you do not accept a COD order twice in a row, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services.
  • COD orders cannot be accepted partially. The entire order needs to be accepted.
  • Our delivery updates will come into effect only once the order is confirmed by you and dispatched.
  • If using a gift card or voucher to make a part payment, you may avail our COD service to pay the balance.

  • There will be no exchange and no return on discounted products bought during the sale, unless there is a quality /mamufacturing defect .
  • Pieces that those have been tried at the store t may be crushed or carry dust marks, are not considered as defective, and will therefore not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • If you receive a broken/damaged product, please reach out to within 7 days of receiving your order, along with the original invoice of purchase.
  • Once an order is placed, we will be unable to accept any cancellations.
    Cash on delivery (COD) and store pick-up options for online orders are not available during the sale.
  • During sales no offer or discount can be clubbed with the sale. However, gift cards and credit notes can be applied.
  • In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a discounted product, the amount that appears on the Whispering Yarns Online store will be deemed final.
  • All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
  • Goods & Service Tax / Sales Tax applicable on exports will be paid by Whispering Yarns Pvt. Ltd.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • All T&Cs mentioned here are over and above our standard T&Cs.
Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing
  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 5,000.
  • Total shipping charges vary between INR 150 and INR 500, and will be calculated at checkout. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
  • We will never charge you more than INR 500 for shipping, regardless of your basket size.
  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days.
Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • The size delivered incorrect i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please take a pictiure clearly showing the defect , as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • Any accessories likeJewellery, Bags are not applicable for exchange.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information: –
    • Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.

In Case I need a different size in the same clothing style I have purchased?

Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at or chat online with us.

If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:

  1.  Contact us to schedule a reverse pickup.
  2. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
  3. You can then use the credit note to place a new order and choose the correct size.

Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product has been purchased during sale or discount period .

Where can I purchase a gift card?
  • Gift cards can be purchased at any of our stores or online. You may pick one of the suggested denominations or enter the amount of your choice (minimum of Rs. 500 and maximum of Rs 5,000 or USD 200)
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using credit notes.
Where can gift cards be redeemed?

Gift cards can be redeemed online at or at our store. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or be redeemed for cash or credit.

How do I redeem my gift card?

For purchases at our stores, simply present your physical gift card or e-gift card code at checkout. The gift amount will be applied to your purchase and the balance payment can be made at the store itself.

To use your card for an online purchase, enter the unique code at checkout and make any balance payment online via credit/debit card or netbanking.

What is the validity of the Gift card ?

Gift cards will expire after 6 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter. Please note that validity of gift cards cannot be extended and new gift cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused gift cards.

What if the gift card is Lost ?

Your gift card number is unique and confidential, and you are solely responsible for its safety. If you have misplaced your gift card, please write to our customer care team at
